The mattress are firm. I prefer something somewhat softer. But over all nice place. 9 1/2 out of 10 for me

I stayed here Nov 29- Dec 3rd. I was in town for my mom's funeral. The staff was very courteous, kind and welcoming during my stay. They even made to where all the family was next to each other on the same floor. It was an amazing comforting stay despite the circumstances of us being there. My family and I can't thank you enough for great and genuine hospitality we received during our stay.

This was our 2nd stay at Hilton garden. Our 1st stay was a few years ago. 1st stay everything was immaculate. Furniture and all. This time, it was clean ect. But some cosmetics issues. The lobby is drab and outdated, some of the furniture is stained and faded looking, some of the chairs are wobbly and unstable, the actual front desk has a few cosmetic issues, eye sores. The baseboards by the 1st floor elevators is damaged. Stains on carpets 1st and 2nd floors. I didn't go to the 3rd floor. Overall the hotel is nice, jusr needs some things to be updated and minor repairs. On the 2nd floor they have a area where you can sit and relax, all the sitting furniture is damaged, that can be a real nice area, lower the lights put some dark leather furniture in it. I think the lobby needs a total makeover, lower the lights, get a cozy feel to it. Make it smell nice. The 1st impression is in the lobby. We booked through Expedia paid 116$ with insurance for a king room, which i thought was a good price. No free breakfast, it will cost near 16$ a person , 6 for kids. I saw a lady and her daughter, thry thought was free, once the lady told her the prices, she put the plate down and walked away. I really like this hotel. Just needs some love and attention on a few things. Areas outside sidewalks needs pressure washed. Could be a super nice place just needs tlc

Michael at the reception desk was super friendly and helpful. The hot tub was a great bonus and the room was super clean. Maria at the breakfast area was great as well.

Room was nice, plenty of parking, nice lobby. For the price it should include breakfast or at least be discounted ($15 for the buffet). Water pressure was low in the shower and the room/bathroom could use more light. TVs in the room are also a little small. On my second stay the water pressure was great but the bathroom was still dimly lit and the shower had mildew.

Upon arrival at The Hilton Garden Inn Tyler Texas, we were greeted by Itzy at the front desk. Itzy greeted us with an amazing smile. She was very knowledgeable of all products, services, and was extremely friendly, and hospitable. She was the epitome of what customer service is all about. What a great asset to the Hilton. The lobby was clean, very warm and welcoming, although we did not get a chance to visit the bar area, I can say that It looked and well maintained. Our room was 2 Queen double bed, it was clean and fresh smelling. All supplies ie: Shower gel, Shampoo, Lotion, Soaps were available, and the towels smelled fresh and clean. If I could only receive the hospitality that we received at this Hilton Hotel it would make traveling all the more pleasant. Thank you for an amazing stay! All The Best, India Love
